States Visited USA ("the App") is built to help you track the U.S. states you have visited. Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data the App handles and how.

1. Data We Collect

The App does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information to us or to third parties. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

2. Data You Create

All visit data you enter — including selected states, visit counts, dates, notes, and appearance preferences — is stored locally on your device.

3. iCloud Sync

If you are signed into iCloud and have iCloud enabled for the App, your data is synced across your devices via Apple's iCloud service using your private iCloud container. This data is stored in your personal Apple account and is not accessible to us. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Permissions

The App does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

6. Data Deletion

You can permanently delete all of your visit data at any time from Settings → Reset All Data inside the App. Uninstalling the App also removes all locally stored data from your device.

7. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external service used is Apple iCloud, and only if you enable it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL with an updated effective date.
